Recent studies have shown that the more videos there are of animals talking, the more animals learn to talk. Dr. Rudolf Reigndear of the University of Animal studies said that almost no animals could talk in the eighties. Other than parrots and other birds that mock people. Maybe one in millions could talk. Now it is one in hundreds. “I really like the dog that says I love you”, said Rudolf. He was the reason I started this study.
