Police say The 19 year old Robert Marshall was the shooter in the East Tampa murder Saturday night april 25th and in the shooting that left 21 year old Trent Davis in critical condition he was transport to the hospital where he later died police believe it was a robbery gone wrong Right now the police have 18 year old devotae Lawson the driver in custody But they still looking for the 19 year old Robert Marshall last seen near 15th and Hillsborough if you have any information about where he maybe hiding or going please contact crime stoppers at 1(800-873-8477
