They say the kid was walking from the store from getting a chop cheese when 5 shots went off and the kid was struck once in his neck people gathered around to try and help they said all the boy was saying mom help I love you I love you when policed arrived at the scene they rushed the teen to Harlem hospital where he was pronounced dead (innocent 14yr old killed)
