Teen caught materbating in front of assumption highschool

Teen boy ahieb aleisawy caught master bating outside of assumption college school on Friday may 5th around 5:00pm. Police are still looking for him he has a short muscular build and is of Arab decent. If you have any information on this person or his location please contact the Windsor police immediately.
