Teen killed trying to sale Buick

At around 9:00pm last night an attempted robbery turned into murder. The Hispanic males, Estaban, Jonathan, and Kervin texted Xavier Joyce pretending to be interested in buying the car. The intent was to rob him and take the car, but that didn’t go how they thought it would. After being caught, Kervin was the first to confess that it was Jonathan’s Idea to rob Xavier and when thing went south, it was Estaban’s idea to shoot Joyce Several times. All 3 are charged with Capital Murder/Attempted Robbery and are being held in the Harris County Jail with no bail.
