Tennessee Police are seeking the whereabouts of an individual they say is responsible for a Sunday morning hit-and-run near the Moorville area of Kingsport. Police say that a glossy black Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder struck a 43-year-old woman near the McDonalds intersection. The victim, Melinda McAdden, is in critical condition at Holston Valley Hospital.
