Trump proposes tax break for Americans with pre-existing conditions

President Donald Trump has proposed a 35 percent reduction in taxes for Americans with pre-existing conditions. The proposal comes in response to critics of the health care bill passed by the Republican house on Thursday. In a tweet early Saturday morning, Trump said he cared deeply about the American people and wanted to help everybody get great coverage. The president has not specified what constitutes a pre-existing condition, but tweeted that the tax cut would help everyone purchase their own insurance.
