TRUMP SIGNS A BILL LIMITING WELFARE TO FIVE (5) YEARS

President Trump today signed into law that welfare will be limited to five years. Current welfare recipients will be called in and explained the new rules to stay on welfare and they must sign a contract agreeing to the conditions. Effective September 1, 2017, all persons applying for welfare must sign a contract to be eligible for welfare agreeing to same conditions.
If you are a woman, you must agree to be on birth control during the five years you are on welfare. The government will not pay for new pregnancies.
You must agree to job/educational training that will provide you with enough of an income to raise your family and pay for health insurance at the end of those five years.
Housing, child care, health insurance will be provided during the five year period.
During job training you will be required to quarterly drug testing. Additional training will be provided in speech, deportment and self-esteem.
If you test positive for drugs, you will have to submit to a drug treatment program and testing will be done every month thereafter. A second offense of drug abuse will mean immediate revocation of your welfare benefits.
If you say you have a health condition that does not allow you to work, you will be sent in for testing to verify your condition. If it is found you are defrauding the government, you will be jailed and your children placed with Child Protective Services.
EBT amounts will be increased and cards will be modified to allow welfare recipients to purchase fruit, vegetables and other healthy alternatives. Junk food and other unhealthy foods will be discouraged.
Any arrests for drug dealing, prostitution, theft, burglary and identity theft will mean immediate revocation of your welfare benefits. Children on welfare will not be permitted to drop out of school. They must complete either high school or obtain a job training certificate stating they have been trained in a job.
