Shane Chapwesk, 42, of Twin Lakes was arrested late Thursday evening, May 4th at his home, without incident. The Twin Lakes transplant was arrested on charges he was too stupid to fit into society like a normal human being. Arresting Officers were overheard saying they have never arrested a subject more stupid than Mr. Chapwesk.
Mr. Chapwesk, is being held without bond in the Kenosha County House of Corrections. When the intake officer advised him there was no bond, he was quoted as saying “Well not yet, I need to get my glue. Then I can be bonded.”
