On the 16th of may 2017 at approximately 5:41am , police were called out to the Baston area ( near Bourne ) on account of reports of the strange man lurking in the shadows and hanging around on the street corners, it was reported by local neighbourhood watch .
Man of 41 Andrew Gardoot was arrested and taken into custody .
He is also wanted for questioning in reports of carrying an un licensed fire-arm
Witness have attended there interviews and given statements ( names cannot be mentioned ) due to confidentiality.
