Midland police made an arrest Sunday morning after a string of bicycle thefts. They are only releasing the first name, Trish, as tests are being done to see if she will be competent to stand trial.
Concerned citizans have been contacting the police department for the past week after seeing Trish walking away with items that didn’t belong to her. A member of First Baptist Church called police due to their concern about what she was wearing in this weather. Seems she was only worried about her ears being cold and that’s when the arrest was made. As you can see by her broken foot she did run, but it didn’t end well. She is being held while tests are being done.
Her next court date is June 23, 2017.
