Wellsboro man creates multiple babies with random women

Andy Boyce of wellsboro has been issued a player’s award for hooking up with multiple woman and impregnating them. Eyewitness news Kristen Smith has spoke with Boyce about the affairs and the only thing he had to say is It’s not his fault he has strong sperm and makes cute babies.
