May 18th, 2017 10:47am authorities of the Carnival ship were alerted to secure a deranged man on the front deck, witnesses say Mr. Wisman “RKO’D” his girlfriend off of the ship. Security noticed the altercation after hearing the suspects girlfriend say “dick game is weak” carnival security wrestled with Wisman until he was secured and in custody. Wisman is secured in the drunk and is repetitively yelling “WATCH OUT” information will be released hourly.
