An unnamed woman from Yorkshire has been found eaten to death in a wood. At first glance this looked like a murder scene but after further investigation the teeth marks appeared to be consistent with those of a grizzley bear! Bears have been believed to be extinct in England for around 400 years. Although this is a tragic story, it could give new lease of life to the nursery rhyme ‘if you go down in the woods today’….
