Women Facing Jail Time For The Kidnapping of A 2 year-old Infant

This women was arrested for kidnapping a 2 year old from a walmart cart. An bystander near by witnessed the crime and followed the women as she flead from the walmart. Taking down her license plate number the bystander, calls the police as she follows the suspect. She was located right outside her apartment complex in Mesa, Arizona.
