Young male from Essex caught on camera

An ex young Rugby player has been caught on camera using/doing illegal substances and has been watched for over 2 weeks now. Undercover police have been following the male known as Sam Coultish as well as sitting and watching outside his home in Essex. following this he may face up to 2-3 years in prison if found guilty of using the substances.
