Young teen arrested for brutally attacking anothwr teen

Teenager Aaliyah Towns attacks another teen (unidentified) because she hit her little brother. Witness say she ran up to the teen and hit her which knocked her down. She then began to kick the other teen in her face which knocked her out. Officer Wittack says she out somewhere on the run. If you see her please contact the police asap
