Young Teen Charged with 1st Degree Murder

Young Teenage Boy charged with killing a man in Ottawa Ontario Monday Night Civilans Said they seen a young man with a older guy and then later on seem the young man again alone walking downtown near parliament building on Reidou street and is now in Custody at Ottawa Police Department
