10 year old David Huang raped by 15 year old brother Jia yang Huang in Family Dollar

15 year old Sayre student, Jia yang huang reportely raped his brother David huang in sayre’s Family Dollar. Reporters say that Jia yang was walking his brother David to Family Dollar so he could buy some hard candies. Then all of the sudden Jia Yang threw david to the ground and slapped david in the face with his genitals. Here is a picture of David aproximately 15 seconds before the incident.
