Teenager known as “Brian Kirtsey,” (17), was involved in shooting in Hibiscus Apt. In Orlando FL. Teen has fleed the scene leaving a stolen vehicle behind with 8 shots fired into the vehicle and a broken back window on the left side. Car has been stolen from Altamonte Springs Race Track On West Town 434. Young lady age (24), has reported at least 18 shots. have been fired that early morning around 3 A.M. Suspect “Brian Kirtsey,” (17), is on the run and waiting to be charged with first degree murder and is also known to be armed at the time.
