18 year old gets angry and knocks down house using dark magic

After being yelled at by his neighbor Brian Henning for his dog relieving himself in his yard. The boy than let’s out a loud scream and the entire house falls to the ground. Reporters say Mr. Henning is now deaf and the boy fainted briefly after the incident, he is now being held at Roane Medical Center.
