Goshen Police Department of Clermont County were surprised when they allegedly found 19 year old Nathan Jensen in a stolen vehicle traveling north on Ohio State Rt. 23 at approximately 12:37 pm EST. When contacted by police, the subject refused to provide the necessary information for law inforcement to run his name through the system. Police then ran the vehicles license plate only to find that the car had been stolen only the night before.
