The unofficial “mayor” of Penn Valley was arrested recently on a slew of charges, ranging from drug possession to skullduggery.
Nevada County Sheriff deputies were called to the 18000 block of Lake Forest Drive due to a noise complaint. Upon their arrival they encountered numerous golf carts fleeing in all directions. When deputies attempted to make contact with the owner of the home they encountered Tim “I’m the fuckin’ man” Fahey. Fahey informed deputies this was a normal Sunday on the “The Deck” and it was none of their business.
During the subsequent investigation it was discovered Fahey was pimping out midget transvestites in the backyard “water feature” and dealing small amounts of a low grade beaver tranquilizer.
As he was led away, Fahey loudly proclaimed his innocence to anyone who would listen, stating,”Tito knows the truth!”
