28 year old Norfolk woman charged with 25 counts of felony murder

On or about 6:30pm on June 25,2017, Ebonie was identified as the suspect in 15 murders an 10 malicious wounding. She is believed to be armed and dangerous. She is about 5 foot 10inches 175 pounds.
