A Saint Charles couple get the shock of thier lives on Wednesday when they bought and scratch off a scratcher winning a free vacation once a year for life. Robert and Brandy Smith of Saint Charles, Missouri say they already travel alot but now they won’t have to pay for it. They plan on taking their first vacation for their anniversary in September to Hawaii.
