After sending a video of his latest creation to celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay, Chef Mark Herrington, of Heber Springs, wasn’t expecting a reply much less this news from Ramsay.
“Why the fuck didn’t I think of this?” Ramsay exclaimed “It’s so bloody simple.”
In a challenge by his friend Dan Dailey to make a tasty, yet healthy, sandwich, Herrington decided to go back to the “keep it simple fuktard approach.” He took left over crawfish étouffée placed it between a sliced Frenchbread loaf and grilled it like a grilled cheese.
“I asked Mark for something healthy but after tasting this, I don’t give a shit about my health.” Dailey says as it oozes from his sandwich. “Dis shiii-iiit is goowd.” He replies with a contoured face.
Ramsay has asked for the recipe of his étouffée and Herrington told him, “Percentage Ramsay. I want a percentage of what you make from it.” Herrington said he didn’t think Ramsay would take his offer but is waiting to hear from the celebrity Chef.
