Austin Brown, 20, a student at Santa Fe College has begun an apparent rise to fame during the past couple of months. With a spike in numbers of social media followers, he has caught the attention of none other than Andrea Guice, the director of FACES Modeling Troupe at the University of Florida. He credits his recent wave of Instagram fame to his good looks, as he states were given to him by his mother and father, “I always joke with them, saying that I look better, but it’s all in good fun, because at the end of the day, I know I was blessed to have parents as good-looking as them.” Brown, now up to 387,000 Instagram followers as of this Thursday, says he is looking to begin a career in modeling during his tenure in college or shortly after.
