Austin Koepke arrested in St paul, MN

Austin Koepke, 26 of Stockholm, SD was arrested Thursday night after an incident the police called “sad and gruesome”. Outside of a public bar, koepke was found fondling and making inappropriate gestures to a stuffed sheep doll. He was also in the nude when he was detained. More details to come later.
