Gordon Miller, 35 of Bath was charged with Animal Molestation and Attacking an Officer.
Police responded to a call of a man fingering a dog’s ass in public. When police arrived Miller threw the dog at an officer, hitting him in the face.
Miller was arraigned before Magistrate Elmo Frey and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
