Bible wielding mom arrested

Baton Rouge, LA.- Local woman, Autumn Teekell, was arrested today after neighbors reported hearing a scuffle in their complex. When Officers arrived Teekell, a mother of two, was beating a man over the head with a Bible shouting “the power of Christ compels you”. It was later learned that Teekell, a devout Christian, was walking with her children when she was approached by a man whom she stated “tried to convert her to atheism”. The man was rushed to a local hospital where he is recovering from the multiple blows to the head. Teekell, the wife of Officer Benjamin Teekell, is a long time Louisiana resident and had never been known to be over zealous or loud. When asked, her neighbors had this to say
“Autumn, I cannot imagine her doing such a thing, but she does love Jesus”
“She takes care of several children and is very peaceful”
We tried to contact the Teekell family for a statement. We later received a phone call from Officer Teekell, “Tell the devil to shut up”.
Teekell is being held on a $10,000 bond.
