Boston Woman Charged In Multiple Missing Persons Cases

Raechel A. Lugo, 24, of Boston, was arrested early Thursday morning after neighbors complained of an unusual smell coming from her property. Upon investigation local police discovered the remains of at least 20 human bodies in varied stages of decomposition. “She always seemed a little off” said one neighbor who wishes to remain anonymous. Lugo is currently being held without bail at MCI Framingham. No further details have been released at this time.
