Boyle County Sheriff’s Office stated Pat Williams, 50, exposed himself Friday afternoon around 3:30 at Hardees in Junction City, to 3 elderly ladies who were enjoying a late lunch. One lady was quoted “I’ve never seen anything like it!” Another witness said “I will never get over it, I’m in total shock.” Williams is being held at the Boyle County Dentention Center on a $10,000 bond.
