As quickly as the job was offers, it has been taken away. Sources close to the band say not only did Brandow miss his flight to Iowa, but he also had the band spending the night at a local dairy farm. “I really thought it’d be a great idea to have the band woken by roosters at 5:00 instead of a conventional alarm clock” said Brandow “I also thought it’d be a great way to save money by having the guys milk cows and goats instead of paying for a hotel”. “I guess it just wasn’t meant to be”. “Years ago it might have been something we’d consider, but at this point in our careers we don’t want to be milking farm animal for 8 hours before a show” said one band member.
So, for now the search will continue. For Brandow, it’s back to Marlton, NJ to his old job schlepping Tastykake.
