Breaking News authorities discover persons illegal dumpsite

Local man was caught dumping black garbage bags at the Livingston Rd. Rt. 40 bridge. Among items dumped many pornographic and sexual items. Robert Shane Allison was sorting through the black garbage bags picking out several “dishwasher safe” items. Claiming it was a accident. Allison evidently mixed up bags as he was going through storage and threw away wanted items. Investigation continues
