On june 28th at 7:46pm in sioux falls south dakota police spotted a black Trailblazer SS traveling at a high rate of speed on interstate 90 heading west. Speeds reached upwards of 140 mph after a 80 mile persuit Mr. Bolte ran out of gas and pulled over and was arrested without incident.
