A unidentified male has been seen squatting in unlocked cars throughout the Bridgeton, Upper Deerfield and Hopewell areas. The man, caught on surveillance video, can be seen stripping down into a diaper and lathering himself up with butter. He spends the night in the vehicle and leaves before sunrise. Damages have been estimated in the hundreds due to greasy butter left on the interior.
