California changes legal driving age to 25.

Governor Brown signed a new law into affect on Wednesday, June 28th, stating that the legal driving age has been changed to 25. All existing drivers under the age of 25 have to revoke their licenses by the end of July, according to the new law. Anyone who fails to do so will be fined, and if they still have not revoked their licenses after the fine will spend 1 year in a California jail.
