Carroll H. Brown “Hub” arrested at gun point.

June 29, 2017 4:22 pm, Carroll H. Brown also known as Hub was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Mr. Brown got into a confrontational disagreement with his neighbor, when he was confronted by neighbor for selling his son coccain. Mr. Brown is currently in Loudon County lock up awaiting bail.
