He had stopped at BP on bridge street to get gas and cigarettes on his way to work. Mr.Swift stated that the clerk handed a customer a $30 scratch off but it was not the one the customer wanted. The customer wanted a $3.00 scratch off. So Mr.Swift approached the counter and the employee convinced Mr.Swift to purchase the $30.00 ticket and he did.
