A Cintas employee by the name Justin Hisle was arrested early in the morning of June 30th for exposing himself to a group of senior men.
Authorities say, Hisle was pantsless and wearing his unbuttoned uniform shirt when they arrived at the Eagle Ridge retirement community. Hisel was said to be combative, uncooperative, but still managed to keep tweeking his nipples.
