Recent complains to the city regarding pet waste odors emanating throughout the area during humid weather have forced city leaders to enact new legislation to reduce the number of offenders within the city’s limits. As of August 1st, any household containing more than one pet will face daily fines and eventual incarceration for noncompliance.
