A Cleveland man was stopped and pulled over for a busted tail light accused of having over 100 million dollars in unmarked cash. Donty Billings, 26 was asked to step out of the car by Cleveland police officer Warren Brooks. Billing did not comply and was pulled out of the car and taken into custody. Billings status remain unknown at this time. Billings is also a former Marine and also a suspect in 3 other linked crimes involving drugs.
