Co owner of Hooligans arrested and high speed chase

To only find him hours later at his residence in a Speedo listing to Hank Williams SR , drinking crown and coke. Suspect got nude and started chasing the law enforcement, till Kc Jones was tased they found a pound of crack cocaine and his rectum.
