LANOKA HARBOR NJ — It’s official. Cracker Barrel has filed for a business application to open a location in the Lanoka Harbor, NJ section of town.
The highly anticipated restaurant plans to set up shop on the corner of Rt9 across from Walmart.
“I’ve had a lot of people ask me about it,”. “It’s a great thing to have something we haven’t had before coming here.” Said land owner SB Inc.
The development order is being reviewed by the township according to the Director of Planning and Economic Development office.
Having a Cracker Barrel is likely to draw other businesses to the area, which is currently not under construction yet. Developers R H Ledbetter Properties need township approval before the sale is final.
“This may make other people make a decision to go and do something,” Brudnicki said. “I’m excited to see who else will follow us.”
Between Lidl’s Market — an affordable organic grocery store that will open in the old A’S garden center location across the street by the end of this year and the Ledbetter development plan, Brudnicki said a much needed “buzz” is starting to develop around the township.
“This all plays off each other,” he said
This will be the first Cracker Barrel in The area.
