Dayton man arrested on murder charges!

A local dayton contractor was arrested around 6pm tonight. Murder charges where filed by the state. A co worker found Matthew Russell standing over the body of his recent customer and immediately called the springboro police department. Mr Russells initial comments to police were ” i couldnt take her bitching anymore”
