Delaware county women is being charged with stalking!

Ebony M Winston is being charged with stalking and harrasment. She was caught sitting outside of a Los Angeles home of Dawayne Carter (lil Wayne) waiting for him to come out. She was also caught sitting in a tree and sitting outside of a Los Angeles restaurant singing ” A WHAT U NEED BOY I NEED A HOT GIRL”. Ebony is still awaiting trail but it is very possible that weezy what some call him may not press charges cause and he quotes “she can be my hot girl” 😎
