Police were contacted a little after 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning to report to a call from a resident in the township of Knapp the complaint was there is a man in a canoe without any cloths on.. a female officer showed up and there he was in his birthday suit.. bail was made and he was left out… after reviewing the dash cam all charges will be drop due to the fact the female officer jump in the conoe taking off her cloths and joining him.
