Ken and Bev Koch from Dixon Illinois finally achieve what they thought would be the American dream after playing the Illinois lottery for years, Wednesday they hit the $54 million jackpot, after contacting Illinois lottery officials they have been told there is no lottery money, in an interview Ken and Bev said they will go back to their normal life and jobs foregoing their dream to move to Georgia and help all family and friends with financial needs.
