Cody William cox, age 26 Las Vegas Nevada arrested and detained on felony charges of lude public intoxication, discharging firearms in city limits. Cox was arrested and booked into custody 10:00pm Thursday night after have a brutal standoff with police. Police were called to the site in response to loud yelling and sounds of gunshots ringing out. Cox claimed ” he was having a showdown shooting at the moon” he later quoted.
