At 3:47 Thursday a Franklin County deputy clocked Mr. Moss in the city limits of Carnesville Ga at speeds of 72 mph on his bad ass Harley. After a lengthy chase through Franklin County deputies lost Mr. Moss. Later that evening a citizen of Canon Ga. called I with the location of Mr. Moss. He was apprehended at a underground bingo hall that he owned and operated.
